In Minamoto Kitchoan, Our sweets are fully imported from our own factory in Okayama, Japan.
Through traditional sweet making skills and creativity of Japanese artisans, we hope to bring out Japanese culture and seasonal feel to our customer with our sweets.
We use only natural ingredients such as sugar, fruits, grains, combined with seasons to make sweets. Quality ingredients are carefully selected and great care is taken in making sweets to ensure its pleasure taste.
As wagashi is a part of Japanese culture and well favored across the nation, it is important to fulfill five senses: eyes, smell, taste, touch and feel, that you can feel the beauty of seasons through wagashi.
